The opinion today out of the DC Circuit Court is disappointing and constitutionally troubling. TikTok is a platform that provides a voice to millions of Americans with new and unique ideas. It’s also a place to entrepreneurs to promote their business and find new consumers in their communities and online. TikTok also provides a public square—particularly for Millennials and Generation Z—to challenge the existing two-party duopoly. These generations are tired of ‘politics as usual’ and want alternatives independent of Democratic and Republican parties.
