Nationwide Survey of Republican and Independent Voters
What do they want and expect from the Trump administration
Washington, DC - The Independent Center released the second installment in a four-part series of exclusive nationwide polling. In this survey, the Independent Center examined the sentiments of self-identified Republicans and independent voters as they enter the new year.
The data comes from a comprehensive survey of self-identified independents and Republicans, offering unique insights into how both groups perceive political cooperation versus partisanship achievement.
The survey, which polled 500 independent and 500 Republican voters, provides detailed insights into how these key voting blocs evaluate success across multiple policy dimensions, from economic measures to political cooperation.
The upshot? Both groups overwhelmingly want to see success through bipartisan cooperation, though perhaps surprisingly, Republicans show even stronger support (83 percent to 58 percent).

The next survey will cover cover (n1000) Democrats and independents. And finally, (n1500) Democrats, independents, and Republicans.
We plan to overlay all of the data in order to see areas of agreement moving forward.
